John is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn and Michigan Law School. He is married with three children and lives in Brownstown, Michigan, where he currently serves on the Planning Commission, in addition to his full-time legal practice specializing in criminal defense and estate planning & elder law.
John attends church regularly with his family. He currently is a basketball & soccer coach for his children at St. Marys School. He is also an active member of the local Down River Germania Club, Wayne County Board of Canvassers member (formally certifies the local political elections), and he is active at the Wayne County Art Authority (treasury funding the Detroit Insitute of Art, DIA).
